Technical Issues – Trouble Shooting Steps (Email)
Unable to send an email to the support email address of Atozse and receive the error stating that the messages are not delivered.
Please follow the below-mentioned steps to reach out to the customer support team via email.
Clear cache & cookies:
- Click on the three dots in the right-hand corner of your browser
- Select “Privacy and security”
- Under privacy and security, select “Clear browsing data”
- Select the time range to “All Time”
- Click “Clear data”
- Now compose an email from your email account
Or
- Go to Phone Settings
- Under settings, go to “Apps”
- Next, go to App management
- Next, find “Gmail”
- Under Gmail, click on “Storage usage”
- Next, go to Clear Cache
- Now compose an email from your email account
Or
- Log in to your Gmail account via incognito mode
- Try sending an email to the support channel of AtoZse
